Main Raw Materials

Our main raw material is polymer waste. The company is engaged in collection, sorting and further processing of polymer waste.

Working in the field of recycling and utilization of transparent and colored polyethylene waste, our company over 10 years of operation has established supplies of raw materials not only from the territory of Ukraine, but also from countries of near and far abroad.

The company uses waste to produce secondary polyethylene granules, from which various industrial products are created.

Our Process

Waste Collection
We accept polymer waste from enterprises, retail networks and collection points throughout Ukraine and abroad

Sorting
Careful manual and automated separation by polymer type, color and degree of contamination

Grinding
Industrial crushers grind waste into uniform flakes of the required size

Washing and Drying
Hot washing, flotation separation of impurities, centrifugation and thermal drying to moisture <0.1%
05
Granulation
Melting and extrusion on a twin-screw extruder. Result — pure secondary granule of stable quality
06
Quality Control
Laboratory analysis of each batch: MFI, density, color, moisture — compliance with international standards
